very dissapointed

I did receive this order today. I was very surprised at the condition of the box and the packaging of this order. This is my 4th set of sheets that I bought form you. So I am familiar with the quality and the packaging. The box was dented up and when I opened the box the sheets came very rumpled in a piece of bubble wrap taped together. I was immediately suspicious because this is not the quality that I am used to. No beautiful white dust bag which is your signature package. Also you changed the pillow case design( I think) . The other sheets I bought have fold over pieces that the pillow is enclosed in and this one just opens at the end with some weird stitching.

Just what I wanted, but not so with the beautiful product in a naked box no bubble wrap. I also want to support this company hopefully the beautiful products will be shipped in better containers carefully wrapped with bubble.

Excellent quality and value. Deep pockets accommodate modern 18â€ thick mattresses. We even have a 3â€ gel topper. All fit snug and after 4 washes still soft. Will order again soon.
