Returns and Refund Policy

We have a very simple and easy Return and Refund Policy. As the name suggests, we either refund you for the purchase made or you can return the product.

What you need to make sure of is, 30 days have not gone by since you made the purchase. In case it is past 30 days, unfortunately our company policy does not allow us to either refund or accept return.

In order to be able to return a product, it must be in the same condition as it was when you bought it and most certainly unused. The product should be in its original packaging.

In case the product you wish to return is damaged or used, it will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. A very important part of the return procedure is the receipt or the proof of purchase which needs to be produced.

We are currently shipping to USA, UK, France, and Germany.


Refunds (if applicable)

This is how the Refund Process works. Once we receive the product returned, we will notify you through an email stating we have received it.

Next, we will review the product returned and notify you once again with regards to the approval or rejection of the refund.

In case of an approval, we will process the refund and the amount will be automatically credited to you within a mentioned number of working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case you don’t receive the amount, first try rechecking your account and then get in touch with your bank. It often takes time for the updated amount to get reflected.

Shipping Policy for Returns and Refunds:

In case you wish to return a product, the cost incurred will be yours. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please note that as a part of the policy we will have to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

The number of days for the product to be delivered to you will depend upon your location.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
