What is the status of my order?
Wondering about the progress of your order? No worries! As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also easily stay updated and keep tabs on your orders by visiting our dedicated "track order" page.
What is the process for exchanging or returning my order?
Go ahead and try it out. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we have you covered with our free return policy. You can send it back within 30 days for a complete refund or within 365 days to receive store credit.
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Please be aware that due to high order volume, there may be a delay in receiving your refund. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?
Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well.
If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.
Can I change/cancel an order once it has been submitted?
Regrettably, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you do have the opportunity to return the order and receive a full refund for the merchandise value, excluding shipping charges.
How do I care for my products?
