Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed the same day or within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details, which typically become active within 24 hours. We currently do not offer same-day delivery. For women’s clothing orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies. However, if your order totals $50 or more, you’ll receive free standard shipping.
All other product categories are eligible for free shipping regardless of order value. During peak periods, shipping may be delayed slightly; if there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate to avoid any issues. Returns and Refund Policy:
We believe in keeping returns and refunds simple and stress-free. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund—just make sure you’re within the eligible return window. For most products, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns or issue refunds after these periods due to our company policy.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing their original packaging will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Refunds (if applicable):
This is how the Refund Process works. Once we receive the product returned, we will notify you through an email stating we have received it. Next, we will review the product returned and notify you once again with regards to the approval or rejection of the refund. In case of an approval, we will process the refund and the amount will be automatically credited to you within a mentioned number of working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
In case you don’t receive the amount, first try rechecking your account and then get in touch with your bank. It often takes time for the updated amount to get reflected.
